All MagicStoneTM instruments are handmade to order. We will ship your items as soon as possible, but please allow 5 business days to allow for processing time, and additional 2-3 business days for custom engraving and painting. There may be other delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Pre-orders and backorders will ship as soon as the products are available to ship. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description, such as the preorder items. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions. All sales are in US Dollars.
We ship via USPS or UPS. Free shipping does not apply to any destination outside of the lower 48 United States.
At this time we ship direct anywhere in the US, and to Canada, UK, Ireland and France. Through our Etsy shop, we can also offer shipping to the following countries: Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Isle of Mann, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Bermuda, BVI, Costa Rica, USVI, & Puerto Rico. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10 – 15 days. These items may vary depending on the shipping destination. You will be responsible for duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. If your country isn’t listed here, please contact us.
**International orders that are refused by a customer at Customs will NOT be refunded. Please know your country’s duty & tax rates before your order is placed. No refund will be offered in these refusal cases. Any orders returned because of other delivery problems will be refunded except for the shipping fee. If the package is confiscated and not returned, no refund will be issued.**
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Upon receiving the items, please verify the quantity and condition of all contents. If you are missing any items or if the item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. After 48 hours of receipt, no replacements will be offered.
